Nintendo Street Team Members Hired
Bad Credit Credit Creditres Nintendo of America today announced that it has hired eight Nintendo fans to each of its six teams, for a total of 48 Nintendo fans hired.
Those hired will be paid US$100 a day, and will work three days a week. The six teams, based in Atlanta, Chicago, Dallas, Los Angeles, New York, and Seattle, will also be competing for a US$40,000 team bonus. Divided up, that's US$5,000 per person. The team bonus will be determined based on how each team performs their weekly challenge. Challenges include karaoke stunts and visiting charities. By registering with My Nintendo at Nintendo.com, fans can vote each week for the team they think performed the challenge best. One voter will take home US$5,000 at the end of the summer.
Nintendo Street Teams have begun training already. The Los Angeles team is being coached by Troy McClain, who appeared on NBC's The Apprentice. "The Nintendo Street Team is definitely the Ultimate Summer Job," says McClain. "No boardrooms, no CEOs, no firings. What could be better than a job where you get paid to play Nintendo video games plus get a shot at winning a $40,000 team bonus?"
NintendoStreetTeam.com will be keeping a calendar of events so that you can look up where the Street Team will be on an event day. In addition, the site will post the video clips that helped each Street Team member secure a spot on the team.
She is a member of the young farmers club, a member of various choirs and is currently helping coach a football team called YuMidnight Street Soccer.
