With the e2 Suite v5.2, businesses worldwide can quickly deploy simple customer self-service e-presentment and e-payment solutions and call center e-services, as well as more advanced online account management services, to meet the needs of today's business-to-consumer (B2C) and business-to-business (B2B) online solutions.
Companies can accelerate payments, speed dispute processing and resolution, better predict cash flow, build customer loyalty, reduce overall bill and payment processing costs and help meet legal requirements. The new release expands globalization, further extends open connectivity and strengthens performance and optimization, creating an even more comprehensive, robust online solution.

Group 1's e2 Suite integrates high-speed, secure archiving, e-presentment, e-payment, advanced online account management and call center e-service technologies as either a licensed or full-service outsourced solution. The e2 Suite is a strategic offering in Group 1's Customer Communication Management (CCM) solution. It provides electronic distribution and document management, a secure, high-performance vault for storing and retrieving all customer data and documents, and e-billing, online account management and call center service capabilities to CCM.

At the center of CCM and the e2 Suite is e2 Vault, which provides real-time indexing, compression, storage and retrieval of documents and data in their native format, delivering fast and seamless online deployments. Fully interoperable with Group 1's DOC1 document composition solution, e2 Vault and e2 Service also offers full Unicode support, providing index and retrieval capabilities for a number of major languages including Japanese, Chinese, Korean and Thai. With e2 Suite v5.2, companies worldwide can utilize a global CCM solution.

The e2 Vault can also import images from other archive and legacy systems and provides export capabilities for faxing and use in other business applications. It also offers a full Java and XML-based, extensible architecture and supports Oracle and SQL databases, as well as BEA WebLogic and JBOSS web servers. Businesses can easily customize and integrate with existing business processes and customer web environments to extend self-service solutions with advanced OAM services such as online dispute processing, reporting and analysis.

Utilizing the integrated high-speed vault and XML-based architecture, healthcare insurance companies, for example, can quickly deploy turnkey solutions such as online presentment of explanation of benefits (EOB) statements, as well as implement more sophisticated B2B online account management applications such as invoice payment and reconciliation.
