MILWAUKEE--(BUSINESS WIRE)--June 3, 2004--ARI (OTCBB:ARIS), a leading provider of e-Catalog business solutions that connect manufacturers with their service and distribution networks, announced today the successful deployment of WebsiteSmart(TM) Version 1.7. WebsiteSmart, ARI's template-based website creation software, now includes Shopping Cart and Parts Catalog modules that enable dealers and their customers to view and purchase parts over the Internet.
The Shopping Cart functionality turns a dealership into an online parts and sales center. The module allows dealers to set pricing and accept orders 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Using an administration tool, dealers can configure credit card transactions, applicable sales tax and shipping options as well as track orders online.

The Parts Catalog Module enables dealers who subscribe to ARI's PartSmart(TM) product to display parts and service catalogs for any or all of the manufacturer catalogs to which they subscribe.
