I have been there so many times. And I agree whole heartedly that anxiety does ruin relationships. I suffer from anxiety. I was diagnosed many years ago and since then still have not gotten a grip on it. It seems to rule and often ruin my life. The prescriptions they put me on though helped but had its own negative side effects and forced me to stop taking them a few years back. It is a daily struggle to cope and I am thankful for the few good friends I have that seem to put up with my constant need for reassurance and guideance. I often feel like a child needing constant supervision from myself. I know this sounds horrible but it is so true. Thank you for this article.
