Bad Car Credit Loan The New Voters Project (http://www.newvotersproject.org/) is a non-partisan, multi-state voter registration and get-out-the-vote project, working to increase voter turnout amongst 18 to 24 year-olds in the 2004 elections. The New Voters Project aims to increase the number of 18-24 year olds that register and vote in the 2004 elections, increase the civic engagement of this underrepresented population, and make an unprecedented impact on democracy. The project is sponsored by the Center for Public Interest Research and the state PIRGs, including NJPIRG.
